Apple Harvest Fair Silent Auction call for Donations

We are back in full swing ramping up our Silent Auction for this year’s Apple Harvest Fair. Last year we raised over $8,000 due to generous donations, in large part, from our amazing church family. Please email Christine Bemko at [email protected] if you have a donation to give – no matter how big or small. Here are three ways to help:

· Donate an item that you have or can make – here are some ideas of what always does well: Church member Handcrafted items, fall themes, vintage/antiques, local artwork, New England sports team items, gourmet treats, new in-box jewelry, handbags or accessories and any unused gift cards that you don’t plan on using!

· Purchase an item to contribute to a basket, please use this Sign-Up Genius to sign up for an item that you can donate: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4FACAB23AAF8C34-58241791-2025

· Sponsor an item! If you don’t have time to shop but would like to provide some financial support, please venmo Christine @Christine-Bemko with any value and include “Silent Auction” in the note. We’ll use this money to round out what we need to create an amazing Silent Auction!

Blessing of the Backpacks

If anyone would like to bring their backpack to be blessed, we will be blessing them the next two Sundays, August 31st & September 7th.

Guest Minister

In Sympathy

Lifting up Lois Ward's spirit in the assurance of Heavenly comfort at her passing.  She was Jim & Justin's Colorado pastor's wife, and Jim's friend for 33 years. Her generosity, warmth, unconditional love, artistry, humor and passionate support of gay rights through the decades were a treasure.  She is greatly missed.
