Bible Study Returns Tomorrow

Bible Study resumes at 9:30 AM tomorrow, with a study of Matthew 3:13-17, and a discussion of the meaning of Baptism. You can join on Zoom by clicking here.

Annual Meeting of the Congregation

Members of the church: plan on staying after worship on Sunday, January 25, as we receive and vote on the Annual Report for 2025 and elect officers and committee members for 2026. A Zoom option will be available for those unable to attend in person.

  • For those mourning the death of Christine Donelan, especially the Day Family, the Aiken Family, and the Grimes Family, and Steve Dowd, Chris’s partner.

  • For members of the armed services, for protection, and particularly for Mike Barrett of Walpole, who has been called up for duty with the Marines

  • for the people of Venezuela, for peace, and for wisdom in the leadership and governments of the United States and Venezuela

  • for Mary’s friend Don, as he struggles with the transition to an assisted living facility

  • for Pam’s dog Mika, who had surgery on Sunday morning

  • for Phyllis’s granddaughter’s boyfriend Tim, who was in a severe car accident and is recovering from his injuries at Mass General

  • with joy, for Phyllis’s great-grandson’s second birthday, celebrated just before Christmas

  • for Ann Totten, who is recovering from injuries from another fall

  • for Chris Weylman’s dad Fred, as he continues to rehab from a fall

  • for Kerry’s friend Diane, who was recently hospitalized

  • for the family, players and former players mourning the death of Coach Ken Assad, King Phillip Girl’s Hockey coach, who passed away suddenly on December 21.

  • for Eric Hurwitz, who is recovering at home now

  • for Scott Kern’s Mom, who is at a rehab facility and will be moving to a memory care facility soon

  • for Jim and Justin, as they travel out of the country

  • for Laurie, as she recovers from her surgery on her ear

  • for Mary’s friend Harry, who is in the hospital

  • for Shirley’s friend Carol’s 39 year old nephew, who suffered a massive stroke

  • for Pam’s daughter Lauren’s mother-in-law, who has had a recurrence of cancer

  • for Jack, as he faces a cancer diagnosis alongside Alzheimers, and for his son, John and his wife Tammy.

  • for Phyllis’s friend Paula, as she enters hospice care

  • for Padraig, as he heals from an injured hip

  • for Lew’s brother Richard and his wife Paula, for health.

  • for Lew’s friend Dan, as he faces kidney disease
